Please Note
Please limit excluded categories to no more than 3, and we recommend listing multiple favorite IPs or colors — requests for only one specific IP or color may not be fully guaranteed, as many items come in mixed assortments and we want to keep your surprise box fun and full of variety💕!
Helpful Tips:
- Every order is carefully quality-checked before it ships, so everything arrives packed with love.
- Tell us your favourite characters or colours, or list items you already own, in the checkout notes. You can also email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can't guarantee changes after that.
- Please list more than one favourite character or colour. Our scoops are mixed assortments, so we can't fully guarantee requests for only one, and variety keeps the box fun.
- You can exclude up to 4 categories you don't like.
- Before checkout, check that your phone number, email and shipping address are correct. Include your floor and room or apartment number if you have one, so your delivery isn't delayed.
- All scoops are final sale. We don't offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged.
Value Promise
Every Zeneratii mystery experience is thoughtfully curated with physical products selected from our collection. We are committed to ensuring that the combined retail value of the items received meets or exceeds the value of the selected package.
